Bradley defeated incumbent Democrat Daniel Caprara. On his Facebook page last week Caprara thanked his supporters and said it’ll take a few days to get over the twelve-vote loss. Republicans have a 3-2 Town Council majority. Ward 2 covers Congers, Valley Cottage, Upper Nyack and part of New City.
