Port Jervis Hospital Worker Charged with Sex Assault on Patient

A Middletown man is accused of sexually assaulting a patient at the Bon Secours Community Hospital’s Inpatient Psychiatric Unit in Port Jervis where he worked. City Police Department Detectives arrested 56 year-old Nathan Oglesby and charged him with Third Degree Rape. Oglesby was a Mental Health Technician at the facility at the time. He has since been suspended from his job. He was arraigned in Port Jervis City Court and released on his own recognizance.
