Victim Identified in Newburgh Cosmetics Plant Explosion

Police have identified the victim of Monday morning’s explosion and fire at a cosmetics factory in Orange County. Police said 57 year-old William Huntington of Newburgh was killed in the incident that left dozens with non-life-threatening injuries. He was reportedly listed as missing after the initial explosion, but his body was found about 9 hours later. State health and environmental conservation specialists are monitoring air and water quality in the area. The incident is under investigation.
