Thanksgiving Public Transportation Schedules

Here is the Rockland bus service Holiday schedule:

Tomorrow: TOR, TZx and TRIPS will run on a regular weekday schedule.

Additionally, TZx will meet an early getaway train departing Grand Central at 3:11 PM to arrive at Tarrytown at 3:47 PM. TZx will also meet the train departing Grand Central at 6:00 PM, arriving at Tarrytown at 6:43 PM.

For Thursday, Thanksgiving Day:

TZx and TOR Routes 94, 95 and 97 will not run.

There will also be no TOR 91 service in New City, Yeager Health Center or Helen Hayes Hospital.

TOR routes 59, 91, 92, 93 and Loop 3 will run on a Sunday schedule.

Loop 1 and Loop 2 will run on a Regular schedule

TRIPS will run ADA service only

For Friday: TOR and TZx and run on a regular weekday schedule. TRIPS will run ADA service only.

Meanwhile, to keep travel as event-free as possible, the governor announced yesterday that temporary lane closures associated with road and bridge construction projects on New York State highways will not be permitted from 6 a.m. on Wednesday through 6 a.m. Monday. Thanksgiving is traditionally the most heavily-traveled period of the year. Triple-A projects an estimated 50.9 million Americans will be traveling somewhere by car at least 50 miles away from home this Thanksgiving.
