Clarkstown’s ousted police chief has filed a lawsuit against the town aiming at getting his job back. Fios1 reports Sullivan accuses the town of violating the Rockland County Police Act, which would have prevented supervisor George Hoehmann from voting on the charges he brought against the former chief. Hoehmann has denied any wrongdoing. Sullivan is running against Hoehmann for supervisor. Hoehmann has since replaced Sullivan as chief.
