President Trump is reportedly promising to issue an executive order soon that he says will offer relief to consumers facing rising insurance premiums. The L-A Times reported though the president’s been unable to get Republicans in Congress to roll back the Affordable Care Act — you know it as “Obamacare” — the administration wants to loosen health insurance regulations and promote association health plans, so individuals can get together and buy plans in bulk.
