The Clarkstown Police Department is investigating a “shots fired” incident that occurred around 5:30 this morning at 2 Capitol Ct. in New City. Responding officers interviewed residents of the area who stated that they had heard multiple shots being fired outside of their residences. There were no injuries. Two rounds thus far have been found lodged in a parked vehicle. The Clarkstown Detective Bureau is investigating this incident and at this point has no motive for the shooting.
