Chief Sullivan was fired by the town board earlier this month after a hearing officer found him guilty of disciplinary charges made against him last summer. Sullivan has called the case a political witch-hunt and is a candidate for Clarkstown Supervisor. In a Facebook post last week Sullivan said he would not discuss legal issues, but indicated his attorney is handling things.
