The woman who was killed in that wrong-way crash on the Hutchinson River Parkway early Sunday morning has been identified. Police said the head-on crash killed 56 year-old Damita Mathis of Beacon Falls, CT, was killed driver and critically injured her passenger, 45 year-old Uvette Frasier of West Haven, CT. They were heading south in the northbound lanes near the Weaver Street exit in Scarsdale. The driver of the other vehicle, a 30-year-old man, was in serious but stable condition. How Mathis ended up driving the wrong way is under investigation.
