Clarkstown Police arrested Spring Valley man on charges of stealing construction tools from a work truck. Police say 33 year-old Chad Weinstein stole $5,000 worth of tools from the back of a truck parked in a lot on Squadron Blvd. in New City in June, and it was reportedly caught on video. Weinstein turned himself in and was charged with felony Grand Larceny. He was arraigned in Clarkstown Justice Court and released. He’s due back in court on Monday.
