The drama surrounding the Pour House and the revocation of its liquor license has put the focus not only on establishments that sell alcohol to minors, but on the minors themselves. Last week on The Morning Show, Sheriff Lou Falco said police agencies always conduct spot checks at area bars and restaurants, but occasionally they’ll get a tip from a minor’s parents when they suspect their child has been drinking……

The New York State Liquor Authority recently suspended the Pour House’s liquor license for serving alcohol to minors. A judge blocked the suspension, but the suspension was upheld, leaving the Pour House to wait for an SLA hearing slated to begin tomorrow.
