Rocklanders are doing their share of recycling, but the Chairman of the
County Solid Waste Authority is urging everyone not to put plastic bags in
with their recyclables. The problem, Howard Phillips says, is that the
plastic bags cause damage when they get caught in the equipment that sorts
all the different recyclable materials…
