A Ramsey woman is suing Shop Rite claiming she was injured by a forklift being operated in their Ramsey store on Franklin Turnpike and Route 17 South. NJ.com reported 56 year-old Marce Foiles claimed that on April 1st last year she was “incapacitated” with “severe and painful bodily injuries” causing her great pain and suffering. The suit against supermarket owner Inserra was filed June 6th in Bergen County Superior Court. Inserra owns and operates nearly two dozen ShopRite supermarkets in New Jersey and New York.
