Orangetown Police are hoping witnesses can provide details of an early-morning motorcycle crash Wednesday. Police say 61-year-old James Hawley of Valley Cottage suffered a “serious physical injury” around 4:12 am after crashing on Old Middletown Road in Pearl River.
