Westchester Police have arrested the father of a 7-year-old New Rochelle girl found dead in her bedroom Tuesday. Police believe Gabrielle White was suffocated. Her father, 47 year-old Neil White, was arrested and charged with second-degree murder. He pleaded not guilty in New Rochelle City Court. He was sent to jail without bail. White faces 25 years to life in prison if convicted. The incident remains under investigation.
