A motorcyclist was killed and another sped away following a chase on the Palisades Parkway in New Jersey early Tuesday morning. New Jersey officials say the chase began on the southbound Palisades in Alpine. 33-year-old Marlon Quiros of East Harlem was killed when he crashed his motorcycle at the Fort Lee off-ramp.
