(AUDIO) Rockland’s jail has a “work readiness program” designed to help inmates once their time behind bars is up. In his weekly segment on the Morning Show yesterday, Sheriff Lou Falco described the program designed by two former Rockland County jail inmates who went to prison, got their degrees and are committed to turning people’s lives around with the ten-week program. The two teach the inmates to find what they’re best at doing and hone their skills to get a job. Falco said he meets and speaks with each person who goes through the program…
