Scary moments after a truck-train accident in Haverstraw Wednesday afternoon that had the potential to be a drastically different situation. Town Supervisor Howard Phillips said the truck stalled but the driver was able to get out before a CSX train came through and struck the truck near Route 9W and New Main Street.
