Ramapo police say three men were arrested and charged with Third Degree Assault following an early morning fight in Spring Valley on Sunday. Spring Valley police responded to the scene at East Eckerson Road and Route 45 in Hillcrest where they say they found an assault in progress. A man was on the ground getting kicked, punched, and stomped on by numerous other male subjects. The victim was taken to Nyack Hospital with numerous injuries, including lacerations to his head requiring more than 25 stitches.
