Firefighters from at least six different departments had to deal with some brush fires along the CSX train line last night. Rockland Fire and Emergency Services Director Gordon Wren, who will be here in studio to tell us more about this at 9am, said fires broke out from Stony Point through Haverstraw yesterday afternoon, and were under control by about 8pm. No injuries were reported.
