Over 300 Con Edison customers are without power in Rockland County after strong winds swept through the area this morning. The National Weather Service issued a high wind warning until 11 a.m., and expecting gusts as high as 50 to 60 mph. Through-out the lower Hudson Valley, New York State Electric and Gas Corp is reporting that over 1,000 customers were without power this morning.
