On Monday, a forensic data analyst testified in the case against Michael Sullivan stating that he had recovered thousands of messages from the suspended police chief’s iPhone. The thousands of messages were once thought to have been permanently deleted however it was discovered that Apple’s iCloud network managed to retrieve 100% of the data. The disciplinary hearing is looking into whether or not the suspended chief improperly erased key information from his company issued phone. (Source: LoHud)
