O&R Crews worked tirelessly throughout the day yesterday after hundreds of people across the county experienced power outages from the destructive windstorm. O&R was forced to upgrade its mobilization status to storm alert at 2 pm yesterday and deploy all available field crews. It was reported that 19,000 customers throughout the tri state area and Massachusetts experienced power-failure yesterday, while Rockland County saw roughly 2,000 of those outages.
