A Westchester man was arrested last week for overcharging local businesses for copy machines that were never delivered. 50-year-old Joseph Holzberg allegedly hid copiers in two different Rockland County storage facilities over the past 5 years, while forging documents and invoices. The Rockland County District Attorney’s office led the investigation that brought Holzberg into custody. He was arraigned in Orangetown town court and released without bail pending a court appearance on February 27th. (Source: LoHud)
