Rockland County Executive Ed Day will be at Tappan Zee High School today to sign a bill into law that will ban Tobacco at Pharmacies. The County Executive will join members of the Legislature, as well as other community leaders and high school advocates, to sign the bill that makes Rockland the first county in the state to have such a law. The event will take place today at 11:30 am; media coverage is welcomes at the high school.
