Former BOCES Official Arrested for Deceptive Money Transactions

Former Rockland BOCES official, and owner of a Clarkstown transportation company, Richard Brega was arrested Thursday morning on federal charges for allegedly taking payments for work he never completed. Rockland BOCES paid Brega to repair vehicles for them but were met with deceptive money transactions and fake invoices. Brega’s bail was set at 500,000 dollars and has been released and given two weeks to put up a property equal to that value.  (Source: LoHud)
