Westchester Man Arrested for Breaking into New City House

A 53-year-old Westchester man, who was out on parole, faces felony charges for breaking into a New City home on Buena Vista Road earlier this month. Ralph Belotti, of Bedford Falls, was caught by a neighbor who forced him to run away from the scene. Clarkstown Police were able to arrest Belotti on Tuesday when he was visiting his parole officer. Authorities say they used video footage and eye witness statements to I.D. Belotti, who was driving a dark-colored sedan. A 20-year-old woman was also in the residence at the time of the burglary and was forced to lock herself in the bedroom closet throughout the ordeal; thankfully she was unharmed. (Source: LoHud)
