Congers Man Arrested for Pointing Rifle at a Friend

A Congers man is in Custody this week after allegedly pointing an AR-15 assault rifle at another man at a Lake Road gas station. Clarkstown police arrested Kevork Manougian at around 4:15 a.m. on Saturday after pointing the fully loaded weapon at a 26-year-old man. Authorities say there were a total of five men, who knew each other, involved in the argument. Manougian was charged with multiple felonies and is currently being held in the Rockland County Jail on a $100,000 dollar bail.  (Source: LoHud)
