Arthur Keenan to Testify in Judith Clarke Parole Hearing

Former Nyack police officer, Arthur Keenan has decided to testify this Friday at the parole hearing for Judith Clarke. Keenan was shot in the thigh and grazed across the stomach during the shootout following the Brinks Robbery on October 20th, 1981. Keenan says the Governor’s decision to grant Clarke clemency has triggered his post-traumatic stress disorder, causing him to have sleepless nights and panic attacks. He will give his victim’s impact statement to a state board parole board member this Friday in Albany.   (Source: LoHud)
