A worker at the site of the August 30 GAP warehouse arson fire in Fishkill was killed Saturday afternoon in a construction accident. State Police identified 58-year-old James Parisella of Fort Pierce, Florida as the victim. Parisella died while operating an excavating machine. According to official reports a piece of steel beam and tin crashed through the cab and killed him. Parisella was working for Environmental Remediation Services of Syracuse.
