A Metro-North spokesperson announced that at 6:03 a.m. yesterday an eastbound Pascack Valley Line train near Dutch Lane in the village of Spring Valley hit and killed 40-year-old Silvano Vasques-Martinez, a homeless man who was walking the tracks.
