Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors an advocate for buyers and sellers, and agents in the Hudson Valley has announced Tuesday that it will merge with the Manhattan Association of Realtors. The merger was approved at the annual meeting of the Hudson Gateway group held last month and by the Manhattan group on October 21. Hudson Gateway CEO Richard Haggerty stated, “This will represent an extraordinary referral opportunity for both Manhattan and Hudson Valley Realtors and will make our organization stronger when it comes to legislative advocacy for both Realtors and homeowners.”
