Clarkstown is hosting their annual Goblin Parade and Costume Contest for kids up to age 10 this Saturday (rain date October 29) on Gilchrest Road at Congers Lake Memorial Park. Registration and judging is from 11am-12pm. There will be refreshments, Halloween games, a horse-pulled hayride, a bouncy castle and more. It’s all free.
