The Jewish tradition of Rosh Hashanah, meaning “head of the year”, is the time of reflection and celebration of the Jewish New Year. 2016 marks the beginning of year 5777 on the Hebrew calendar. This year’s celebration began last night at sunset and will continue through nightfall on Tuesday, October 4. From all of us at WRCR “Shana Tova”.
