This is a reminder to boaters that the main navigational channel under the Tappan Zee Bridge will close today from 6:00AM – 4:30PM. Bridge officials urge boaters to stay away from the bridge today. Crews will be doing critical work to install girders and the road deck between the main span towers. This is the first of 70 closures that will take place through 2017.
