Westchester Resident Faces Felony Count From August Wrong-Way Crash

23 Year-old Tess Keegan has plead guilty to one felony count of aggravated vehicular assault in the wrong-way crash from last August which seriously injured another driver. Keegan was driving southbound in the northbound lane on the Saw Mill River Parkway in New Castle when she collided with another vehicle, forcing an emergency extrication by the Pleasantville fire department. The driver was transported to Westchester Medical Center with life threatening injuries but survived the accident. Police on the scene determined her blood alcohol level to be 0.22, more than 3 times the legal limit. Sentencing for Keegan is set for June 6.
