Julius Reich Arraigned

SCARSDALE – Julius Reich, 62, accused in the stabbing death of his wife was arraigned on Tuesday. He is charged with second-degree murder, a felony, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a misdeameanor, in the death of his wife, Dr. Robin Goldman, a Pediatrician. At the time of his arrest, Reich was a partner at WeiserMazars, LLP,  a financial advisory firm in New York City. Sources say that on the morning of January 20th, Reich ambushed his wife while she was taking a shower, repeatedly stabbing her with an 8-inch kitchen knife. The couple had been going through a divorce while living in the same home. Dr. Goldman died at the scene. Police report that after the attack Reich went downstairs and after some time called 911. If convicted he could serve 25 years to life in prison.
