Fourteen Plead Guilty in Rockland Drug Charges

Fourteen men arrested in March in connection to a Rockland County drug ring were seen in court on Tuesday where they pleaded guilty in front of a federal judge. Following an investigation by the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the Rockland Drug Task Force, 29 people were arrested for selling more than $1 million worth of oxycodone pills and heroin throughout the county, in an operation led by 27-year old Victor Esteban from a Pomona trailer park. Esteban and the thirteen others seen in Westchester Federal Court pleaded guilty to narcotics conspiracy charges, and the remainder of the group arrested are waiting for the conclusion of their investigation or are facing state charges.
