Police arrested a 20-year old man following a shooting in White Plains on Friday night. Investigators tracked Matusim Carter to the Bronx where he was arrested on a charge of first-degree robbery, after he allegedly shot 18-year old David Chong in the leg around 7:00 PM, when the two argued over a prior agreement they made on the internet to purchase a pair of sneakers. Chong was taken to Westchester Medical Center where he is recovering and Carter is being held in White Plains Public Safety Headquarters.
