Neglected Animals Seized from Orange County Farm

Human Law Enforcement officials seized over 200 animals at an Orange County farm and arrested the owners on charges of neglect over the weekend. Authorities discovered the farm on Route 416 in Hamptonbourgh where goats, pigs and cows were found living in neglect, many with diseases, starving or dead. The animals were taken from the property and officials uncovered a butcher shop in a barn on the property, as well, where the owners, who apparently own two grocery stores in Newburgh, were slaughtering the animals.
