Attorney for Rutgers Football Start Say He Has Exonerating Evidence

Attorney William Fetky will present video footage to exonerate his client, Leonte Carroo, a top receiver on the Rutgers football team, of the charge of domestic assault. Fetky claims to have an eyewitness for the defense who will testify that he was the one who assaulted the 20 year-old woman from said incident with cellphone video to present as proof. Carroo was arrest by Rutgers University Police after the alleged assault took place outside the football stadium on September 12 and was suspended indefinitely from the team but remains a student at the school. This is the seventh arrest for Rutgers football team members since September 3 when six other players were accused in assaults, robberies and a home invasion, leaving them also suspended from play.
