According to State police, Morris Fraser, 53 of the Bronx, was arrested Saturday, May 30, and charged with grand larceny and falsifying business records for stealing just under $1,800 in toll fees while working as a part time toll collector for the Thruway Authority. The Toll Audit Department contacted the police after noticing $1,783 was missing from collection revenue which prompted police to conduct an investigation.
