West Nyack DEA Agent Arrested For Lying To Government

Former DEA Agent David Polos, 51, of West Nyack, and Glen Glover, 45, of Lyndhurst, New Jersey were arrested today on charges of failing to tell the government of their side business, managing a New Jersey strip club. Prosecutors allege that both men are guilty of lying on background checks by not mentioning their co-ownership of Twins Plus Go-Go Lounge in Hackensack, New Jersey. Polos, a 24 year veteran at the DEA who was an assistant special agent-in-charge of a joint task force that targets illegal narcotics suppliers and distributors, is accused of knowing the dancers at the club were undocumented Brazilian and Russian immigrants. The men are scheduled to appear before a federal judge in Manhattan court today.
