Trains Stopped After Woman Drives on Tracks

According to police, CSX was forced to shut down trains running through Orangetown on Tuesday night when a woman got her car stuck on the tracks. Police stated that Mary kobes of New Jersey made a wrong turn and drove about fifteen yards down the railroad tracks before the undercarriage of her Toyota Corola became stuck. When police arrived the woman took a sobriety test and was taken to Nyack Hospital where the presence of drugs and alcohol was discovered leading to her arrest on charges of driving whil ability impaired. Kobes also received traffic violations including blocking a railroad crossing.
