Boulders Recap

The Boulders played three games this weekend. On Friday they started their three-game series against the Trois Riveres Aigles, winning 8-1. On Saturday, the Aigles started the game with a 3-0 lead by the fourth inning. In the fifth inning the Boulders added two runs to the board and tied the game 3-3 in the sixth inning. The two teams kept the game tied for three innings until the Aigles scored three runs, giving them a 6-3 lead. In the extra inning, Rockland tied the game again 6-6, in the top of the eleventh Trois Riveres scored again and Rockland added two runs, making the final score 8-7. On Sunday the Boulders didn’t make the board, losing the final game in the series to the Aigles 22-0. The Boulders play the jackals in New Jersey tonight at 7:05 and return home tomorrow at 11:00 AM to continue the series against New Jersey.
