Reward Offered For Information On Eugene Palmer

The New York State Crime stoppers and Haverstraw Police Department announced that they will be offering a $2,500 reward for any information leading to the arrest of missing Eugene Palmer. 74-year old Palmer is accused of shooting and killing his daughter-in-law Tammy Palmer on his property in Stony Point in September of 2012 and has not been found since he fled the scene shortly after. Police found Palmer’s truck on the boarder of the woods in Harriman State Park and, along with family members of Palmer, have completed multiple searched since 2012, finding no evidence. According to Haverstraw Police Lt. Martin Lund searches are still ongoing, the department follows numerous leads for the case that has been named as an open homicide.
