Three Arrested for Possession of Heroin

State Police arrested three people on the New York State Thruway after they were pulled over for traffic violations and found to be holding 700 packets of heroin and hypodermic needles in their car. 36- year old Joshua Levine, 31- year old Debra Osborne, and 41- year old Charles Hall were taken to Clarkstown Town Court for arraignment on Monday and were charged with felony charges of third- degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and a misdemeanor count of possession of a hypodermic instrument. Levine received a misdemeanor count of driving while impaired by drugs and is being held at the Rockland County Jail without bail, Osborne on $10,000 bail, and Hall on $35,000 bail.
