South Nyack Sportscasting legend, Bob Wolff, Dies at 96

South Nyack resident and sportscasting legend Bob Wolff, best known for being the voice of the New York Knicks’ championships in the 70s and Yankees pitcher Don Larsen’s perfect game in the 1956 World Series, died Saturday at the age of 96. Wolff is listed with Guinness World Records as the longest-running TV and radio sportscaster – he was on the airwaves for 78 years.
