Clarkstown Homes Named to State and National Historic Registries

Two homes in Clarkstown, one built in 1791 and the other built in 1820, have been added to both the state and national registers of historic homes. Last week on the Morning Show Clarkstown Supervisor George Hoehmann said the state has given the town half a million dollars to refurbish the Tallman-Budke House and the Vanderbilt-Budke-Traphagen House and preserve the town’s history for future generations…
