The Rockland Independent Living Center announces the PFC Joseph P. Dwyer Peer to Peer Counseling Program. The mission of the program is to reduce or eliminate the negative impact that trauma related symptoms have on veterans and their families. The peer to peer services are free, confidential and available to all veterans and their families residing in Rockland County.
